My concern would be if the shares did not convert to NGIO at IPO. Even if our shares are restricted (which was never mentioned in the dividend discussions or CCs or PRs they can still be under the same ticker.
Also I am concerned that like all things GNBT there seems to be no communication between Dawson James and JM. The CEO should not be surprised or unaware of this...period.
Someone filed this registration and you meant to tell me they didn’t tell the CEO. I seriously doubt it. More than likely this communication is sitting in an unopened envelope on the CEOs desk...like the notices from the SEC that they were going to publish the notices of no response months ago.
