Good morning Mayhem72ss. It would take an attorney to acquire any information from IFlub about a personal identity, and for that to happen, a judge would have to approve a subpoena based on cause. I personally don't think this approach is likely. However, the Google group in particular really seemed to embrace this guy and everything he said without question (even though questions should have been obvious). This is why I am putting the challenge out there. Did he state in a meeting or conference call that he would be helping out efforts by the pumping crowd on IFlub? I don't know. Over the weekend I was asked by several people to make this effort, so here it is. People can see from the attacks against me that this is an organized effort, and so they do not trust the Aholes who pumped this turd on IFlub. The deception and con game to screw over honest investors was obviously coordinated and involved a lot of people. We all know who the pumping crowd was on IFlub, and we know some of these people were merely dupes without enough brains to form a clue, so not everyone pumping was directly involved. I further suggest that there is no need to paint all pumpers with the same brush, because some of these people lost large sums as well. Useful idiots is the term I would use for such people, and they can not be blamed for stupidity.
I was also told by many over the weekend that they no longer know who they can trust. I suggest that it would be nice to have a list of those who claimed they made money on MMTE this time around (boiler room does not count, because he made money on MMTE the first time around before all this talk of private meetings and secret dealings). Such a list would suggest who the con artists were. However, as you have seen from posts on this board, going forward we may find that that very same people who claimed they made money will now suddenly discover that they did take a loss after all. So apparently math is not a strong point for some of these people, and they must not be good investors at all. Can you imagine not knowing if you made or lost money on an investment? Especially after shooting ones mouth off all over that you came out ahead? Wow. Some statements are truly unbelievable --- but even these statement could be true. I suspect I lot of these people never questioned or analyzed anything at all.
