D, that was a great speech from Assam, eleven months ago. My DD makes me suspect they do have a reactor running, which was a goal in that speech. I also think most all antigen tests use gold in their tests, and if they can make gold nanocrystals in a reactor then India and other test manufacturers could buy them.
