Chiro, if am reading this correctly, Dalton is current for every year up until this year, and he is now paying $200,000 to be current this year. The cost last year was only about $1,200, but this year it is $200,000. This may mean the financials will be combined for all companies involved. Hence, the much higher cost. It is not clear to me if we are current for 2021, but I suspect we are because our year ended on December 31, 2020.
Also, the share price was dropped deliberately to this current level, and it is holding right there. I have seen this done before when a company is buying up its own shares for retirement.
