I don't invest in stocks that have a gagged TA, hence no need for shenanigans. But, there are companies that have posted the share structure with regularity in deference to shareholders who have a right to that information.
The point is if mark wanted to take care of shareholders he would have done it long ago, the TA is gagged and any claims otherwise is pure crap. Instead of acknowledging that he could have the share structure posted as regularly as he wished, he claims policy and acts like people don't know what they are talking about. This is why shorts will control the stock and new investors won't likely touch it anytime soon.
That could change if he puts forth improving numbers etc, but his financials are riddled with inconsistencies and the guy has a track record of being somewhat dishonest. Again, go through the filings, look at his historic claims, no one need take my word for a damn thing, and nor should anyone.
But, arguing for the sake of argument is different then substantiating your point while debating the facts. If anyone has mark's ear and wants to support their stock they'd do well to encourage accountability, drop the iHub mailbag nonsense and ask when he'll be done playing with his ducks and begin delivering on his promises. Otherwise, I don't see buyers lining up for his bullcrap and without that, as you know, the pps languishes
