Just a thought about Calissio coming back to life
If Calissio bought back shares starting in April 2020 and reduced the AS recently, surely the TA might have been involved in the OS process too. And if not, at some point they have to get involved. Now all the share numbers dont add up if Nevada and the TA don't match up.
If Kareem is the CEO claiming a share structure

If Clement is the CEO claiming a share structure
