Nader may not be god but he is still my hero. I believe in the science first and foremost. He brought Leronlimab off the shelf when it was ignored and we wouldn’t be here without Nader. That much is the reason why he is my hero.
What we know is the HIV phase 3 achieved its primary end point. Time with Mahboob Rahman bringing that to fruition is coming. By someone that has the experience for it to actually happen.
We know from the CD-12 trial that we do work for COVID-19 but not as well as we hoped. That could of changed if we had a 60 day window but still could change a little because Nader said they are still tracking results and mentioned the 42 day window in his talk with Dr. Mobeen. Will it matter? Probably not. But will it help understand how much we can help? Sure... statistics don’t lie. We know Leronlimab works in critical and that’s huge.
It looks like Nader is going to grab the low hanging fruit with the 6 day earlier release from the hospital for primary end point in the new small trial. Will we achieve that? Yes... we have already shown that. Will people be allowed to use Leronlimab and see the benefit for the severe to critical because the new trial will also have those results as a secondary end point. What we have done is taken the shortest path to out right approval not just a EUA.
So yes... Craig is right that we have not crossed any finish line or hit any home runs in the majors just yet. The good thing is we learned how to run the bases and are looking at a walk off home run in our future. But, we also learned some important information that is really important to our investment. We do work and we have chosen a path to sales in the biggest markets and our future is just one small trial away. Probably less than 3-4 months and we are waiting yet again but in a position that we know we will succeed because we already have proven that. It’s different than the last trials because we know we will hit our primary end point. Huge difference going foreword. Our time is closer every day. I am happy to know that we will attain this success. My investment is safe and that is all that matters to me. The other indications like Cancer and Nash and are progressing and every day in my world we are closer to revenue and success of not just one indication but who really knows how many successes we will enjoy in the next year. It could be a few for sure. My hope is not just that we will get revenue this year but how much from what indications we will see success from. Then you have Canada, Brazil and the Philippines that are wild cards for immediate revenue. So we reluctantly wait. But we have been here before and Nader has promised us to update us weekly or bi-weekly to feed our need for information. You know you all want that.. as I do. I can live with that for the next few months as we climb that hill of success. We will overcome!
