Only CYDY investors are disappointed by really good results. The EFFDA screwed us again. It's been my sentiment that this is what they do for pretty much the entire time I've held CYDY stock.
The EFFDA hides behind some law (I presume based on what NP said on Dr. Been's show) which explicitly states that there must be a p- value of 0.5 in order to give EUA. The CYDY team showed that they did meet this criteria, but the size of the data population didn't allow for a subset sample size to be big enough to validate the p-value. So the EFFDA (and BP) collectively breathe a big sigh of relief as they gleefully tell CYDY to continue with gathering more data.
NP bends over again to the EFFDA and happily eats the shit that they feed him because it's either that or burn the only bridge in the US to commercialization, but at least he is undeterred in seeking commercialization in other countries -- his only means of telling the EFFDA 'fuck you' without saying it out loud to their faces.
As I said before, my hopes lie with EUA with Canada, Phillipines and/or Brazil. Once CYDY is overflowing with money, I hope NP has the will to shed light on the corruption of the FDA. At least a congressional hearing and let the people decide after seeing for themselves how the EFFDA directly contributed to letting people die -- at a minimum, 24% of critical patients. The EFFDA panel who presided over CYDY's case should have 2nd degree manslaughter charges.
