Not sure if the dexamethasone study was published when we started trial. It seems that now a significant proportion of ICU Covid patients are treated with a cocktail that includes a steroid.
My be worth parsing into 4 groups: LL, LL + Dex, SOC without Dex and Soc with Dex
May show LL alone has higher efficacy
