Amazing to hear, mikey. Nice close as well today, heading into the weekend. But I hope we are very, very nearly set for multi-dollars upon multi-dollars range. I'm very excited about finally leaving this motel I'm in to stay with one of my best friends in town come Tuesday. She is the only person outside this board that knows about my financial situation, as it pertains to UNVC. I'm staying at her place until my phase 2 sell-off comes along, and then moving down to Naples to become a long overdue homeowner for the first time in my life. I'm going to reward my friend as well, as one part of my life(the motel) will be completely over with in just a matter of days. It is now just about our time to prosper mightily.
