It looks like we didn't hit any endpoints for the entire trial group. We showed statistical significance, a p-value of 0.005, for a secondary endpoint for 16% of the patients, those who were the sickest.
If I were in bad shape with covid, I'd definitely want leronlimab, but proving it statistically is another matter and we didn't have the large number of patients, we needed thousands, necessary to show strong efficacy for this trial. I'm still hopeful of an EUA but it appears a lot less likely to me than it did earlier today.
