Maybe Nader had not seen the data prior to about March 1st or a few days earlier, so say he was given access to the data on Feb 27th, then he pursues an outlet, to give us a message, the outlet is KOIN, message being, we are looking very very good. Hey, he made rather strong statements to KOIN, very strong, risky if he didn't know s/c data, risky if he did not know s/c data was great.
