Kirkland's intention is to dump shares...
We must now wait until we hear from the Haifa court.
If you read the filings from today and last week it now becomes apparent that as of last friday Ziv Turner had been removed ...that was the 26th of february...
Kirkland's filing at that time said he had the option to replace anyone associated with the company.
Well that was a done deal...now Riterband is gone and Kugelman has been inserted.....
For what purpose?
THis was nothing more and has been nothing more than a tug of war between Turner and Kirkland...
It will become abundantly clear now in the coming days and weeks if Turner was telling the truth about things or if he was just another part of the problem.
I harken back to the fact that the company made three attempts to run a proxy vote properly and was not able to do it..Shareholders were not contacted properly...
I find this strange that OWC seems to be the only company I have ever held that had an issue with notifying shareholders via mail of a proxy vote...
I never received anything..yet other companies I hold on the otc and other Canadian venture exchanges have no issue getting mailings out via brokers.
OW couldn't do it.
I guess now we'll see who was being up front and who was being shady.
How anyone can see this as a positive event is absurd.
Phenix Blu, the idiot , was touting OWC management as great leadership...Bignitz and Hirsch were his heroes.
Now it's Kirkland and Kugelman to the resuce....he says they are people in the "now" who know what they're doing.
