As important as Brilacidin is going to be I would expect the trial to run its entire course to collect as much data is possible to help design the P3 and start to accumulate as much human data as possible for other indications.
Allow an EUA to be issued immediately as those with moderate to severe cases recover and are able to leave the hospital should that become the norm for patients in the trial.
The above scenario takes care of those that need the drug NOW and also allows medicine to get a better handle on how B works in coronavirus patients (may even get some info that would help B be able to address the flu and other coronaviruses).
Anyways, that is how I would expect positive results to be handled.
