PRPM update with BDGR from CEO. Things are looking good here.
Ok everyone, we are looking better. Recently we hired a great guy who is incredible with the files and CPA type of work. As most of you saw in one of my updates, in order to help with all these filings we "beefed" up our team, and that included a new SEC attorney. (Brian is still working for us as well). So, the reason that I'm very happy, is our turn around time for filings has gotten even better and faster. Great example, this wee. On March 1st, (after we already uploaded BDGR), SEC and OTC Markets published a "must use" new file and format, and we were able to get it all done in 3 days. That also includes several edits and updates.
I'm here to say, we reviewed our last set of comments from our attorney and posted all the files needed. Mark should post his "opinion" letter tomorrow, and we're off to the races.
Also, on a funny side of things. We will be posting all new marketing and "company related" websites and media. The content will reflect the "theme" and Business related images and Marketing Materials. I simply used current images as placeholders, because we did NOT want to show "all our cards!....yet!
