You’re right on the money. It’s ok for Tutes to play with the market and screw retail but as soon as the little guy makes money they want to crush them. It is so one sided. I imagine they will work up a way to put in another reg stating only WallStreet can screw the little guy. The US needs real SEC reform because retail is so abused. Of course Congress might not see it this way because they always have inside information to make themselves millionaires. That’s why we need a convention of states to put restraints on them when investing.
