this is a massive sized project. I've done construction/electrical work, and I run my own company unrelated too construction.
there is a ridiculous amount of money put into this expansion of roads and freeways and the future of Vietnam and the super information highway of technology to follow. when he pulls this off it will set him up for more advanced projects.
he can't afford to let down all these companies and people depending on him.
