I've heard that NASDAQ has flexible requirements too. The lower the $$$ requirement, then less R/S, if any, there would need to be. The main thing is finding out what the deal is between Innova and QMC so we can know the revenue and see how the market reacts to that news and the P/E multiples or whatever valuation technique is appropriate.
I'm hoping Biden loses his temper at the FDA when the Covid Recovery Bill passes and forces them to approve tests so he can sign test companies (including Innova) to contracts with the $48B in testing in the bill. The bill could pass within a week or so.
By my math the US is about 5x bigger than the UK and they bought $2B in tests so I think the US will buy much more.
