Great point...what is an unregistered TA via DTCC doing with physical certificates since it can not manage the electronic ones?

There is no way SSM did'nt do their due diligence in regards to CRGP before it went to court and fight for custodianship. And now a reduced share structure? Wait...didnt the DTCC have 800 mil shares in its custody? What happened to those certificates if the new AS reduced by 98%? Surely the OS had to change aswell. What is the float? I don't think anyone knows now...so many questions on share structure.
