Wow...a subpoena ?
That must mean that the people who have posted tens of thousands negative posts with the sole purpose of illegally manipulating a company's share price in an attempt to bankrupt a company for their financial gain are legally liable too......right ?
That must mean those same posters who try to manipulate share holder sentiment by outright lies, attempts at intimidation and inflicting emotional harm on shareholders so they will sell their shares are legally liable for those same subpoenas...right ?
The same probably applies to someone pretending to have some magical legal wand, the Good Subpoena Fairy, threatening shareholders with alleged legal actions for supporting the company that they own shares in ?

After the hateful and libelous attempts to intimidate shareholders that have been posted on this board in the past month or two, the only thing you people seem to have been successful at is uniting many people, that have diverse opinions of this company, into a mutual condemnation of your behavior. I don't think your masters would like that...
Looks a lot like the same behavior a terrorist would use if you think about it.
