Without enough people being vaccinated and enough preventative measures being taken at the same time (isolation, PPE, etc) it won't do any good. The vaccinated engaging in spreading behaviors means that eventually a variant that evades their immunity will take hold and then all those they come in contact with will be likely to catch it as well.
