Thank you for your recommendation and insight. I changed my mind and did not purchase shares of OWCP as in my final analysis the threats posed by DCF scared me off. My reason for considering owning OWCP shares was due to my belief that Mr. K could and might become a savior and for a small dollar investment I might realize a huge percentage return.
