"never let a good crisis go to waste"... It's really highlighted how ill equipped just about everyone is to think critically and make sound choices, and how different govs view their populations.
I'd be concerned that nobody in the corridors of power want that to change, but the tone has changed drastically and I'm hearing appropriate alarm at CA and NYC variants.
