Thus far, we have no indication that Pasaca has any hostile intentions towards QMC, on the contrary, it does look like they see the great potential that will arise from the synergies that Innova and QMC can achieve working side by side under the same umbrella. Thus far, from what I was able to perceive, Pasaca already looks at QMC as part of its portfolio which indicates they have the intention to elevate their business to the next level by enabling QMC to do what it can do best. For us shareholders, I believe this is also the opportunity to be part of something bigger than just QMC. Maybe a more solid overall project, now with the proper financial and business assurance that will propel QMC to higher and more achievable goals. Assuming that this Pasaca - Innova - QMC business relationship will be managed carefully and surgically, I as a QMC investor, feel more assured that my investment will have better chances of materializing into positive results being that with shares at these levels, the upside can be HUGE!!! Time will tell!!
