We also need to understand that Nader does not just make up timelines. He is not personally doing the deliverables, other vendors/agencies are. Nader asks them how long will XYZ take, they tell him and he tells us. When the time line is extended, it is because the scope of work changed or the entity failed to get the work done when they said they could. Nader takes the blame as any good CEO would, because ultimately it is his job. This process depends heavily on things that are not easy to estimate. If Nader was to just add 20% to any timeline he throws out, that would be just as inaccurate as being too optimistic about a timeline. I think everyone knows this but for some reason many want to simply leave it at "he said it would be done now and its not, so lied to us" mentality.
