I would be curious to know whether the anti-counterfeiting functions are future-proof, in the sense that they would be able to defend against efforts made with quantum computers. While this wouldn’t be necessary for the anti-counterfeiting functions to be formidable and profitable, the technology would one day be invaluable and absolutely indispensable for defense and national security programs and products.
