This post will not fully answer the question you were asking concerning Asymptotic folks progressing into long-haulers. It is a little justification for your concern.
On “Today Sunday” this morning, the story was about the Icahn Research Wing (heck dunno e he’s that part) at Mt Sinai Hospital in New York. The crux of the story was about some bad-ass MRI machine they’re using to image in greater detail than ever, the lungs, brains, and hearts of say like 1800 Long-haulers.
In the process of the reporting it was said that even mildly symptomatic patients can proceed to long-haulers. The report DID NOT mention asymptotic patients however.
One step closer to an answer to your question however.
