Nice post.
This guy has an agenda to bring harm to the company. Whether he is a shareholder or not is really besides the point. Sometimes shareholders become bitter when they make an investment that goes against them. The fact he bashes the moderator of this board, one of the most honest and hardworking people I know reveals alot.
