Right you are. I believe all Doc has to do is switch the lights back on. As Doc told me not long ago "our plans are known by regulatory authorities". In my opinion this means all is done and Doc is just putting the finishing touches together? So many subs and partners, this is complex but he has signaled to many of us that UNVC will be on the NASDAQ in Q1 and I have no reason whatsoever to doubt that!
