There are so many seriously ill people, it is going to be a matter of identifying the ones who fit the clinical trial criteria, getting informed consent, and proceeding. With so many clinical trial sites in Russia, and who knows how many here, it is not going to take long to enroll patients.
There are not so many clinical trials going on that there is "competition" for patients. That was a problem we ran into with the Kevetrin clinical trial -- so many experimental cancer therapies, why would people enroll in a Phase 1 when they can get into a Phase 2 or 3 of some other drug?
In this case, there are relatively few therapeutic drug clinical trials going on, and millions of patients to draw from.
