Zoom zoom zoom- We have added more infrastructure upgrades/improvements etc in last year than in last 10 combined. All implemented via zoom conference calls and web communications. I have friend that has pencil and tshirt business (oversimplification) that has done more revenue sitting on a beach in Florida than he did knocking on doors in the northeast. Took a pandemic for him to realize no one really wanted to see his sorry ass coming through their front door. But...,, no cart before the horse..., IPO NGIO and you won’t have to worry about zooming them- they will zoom you.
