UNVC is trading has been extremely strange the last week or so. There's an Iceberg order that sits on the Ask and takes millions of shares worth of buys and no upward movement whatsoever, only down. This type of trading usually denotes dilution by the Company through a chosen Market Maker.
Since Dr. Dalton has stated there would be no dilution, what is going on?
Is dilution occurring despite Dr. Daltons statement that it wouldn't happen?
Is Dr. Dalton or capping the share price and selling from the 1 billion shares held at the DTC so new shareholders get a "piece of the pie"?
Is it simply an extremely large shareholder that decided to unload shares with a nice gain?
Any other ideas would be welcomed.
