That makes sense Resper24. But, as I am sure others will point out, we don't have a ton of confidence in timeframes, as they are routinely inaccurate.
Not always, but often enough that we typically set the outside of the range as the actual starting point. Hopefully this time is different.
I pray that these discussions are as far along as you describe, so we can join the fight and start saving lives.
