I'm definitely a Value guy, perhaps because I have no technical or chart expertise. I do think stats work in assessing sports, so why not stocks?

But isn't that the whole point of chart analysis? It's based on the idea that you can look at the technicals and make an estimate of what will probably happen without knowing (for example) that CYDY is about to have a binary event?
To turn it around, shouldn't you be able to guess/estimate whether CYDY will go up or down by the charts, and therefore tell us the CD12 results now?
