“Jaydee” stands for J.D., which is an abbreviation for “juris doctor.” It’s a lot less flamboyant sounding than “Esquire.” I was a litigator in California for a few decades. I sued big companies for a living for a long time. That’s where my perspective on this issue comes from.
On the other hand, maybe you’re the one who is right. Wouldn’t make a lot of sense, but it’s happened before.
Regardless, you need to ask yourself a question—is QTMM in the business of manufacturing, marketing and licensing its quantum dot technology or is QTMM in the business of prosecuting lawsuits? Seems to me this a critical time in the development of their COVID product. If they’re not valuing their time and resources at a higher level than this, then maybe their time and resources simply aren’t that valuable, which would not be a good thing for me, their shareholder.
Feel free to disregard my perspective. I mean, jeez, what could I know? It’s not like I’m a blogger,
