Its a given that deaths occured outside of 28 days. The question is whether or not we need to include any of them to hit statistical significance. If we do, we will. But based on mortality figures from other trials, im not sure its needed.

Trial data from other trials seems to indicate that 28 day mortality is still above 30% in the severe/critical population. Not a guarantee that our trial will be, but I prefer data to anything else.
