because domains go up for sale. could have been owned by the other company called "Univec", could be a buyer who owned it and wanted to make money off it? it is up for sale for $19800. domains cost 10-15$ when no one owns them. it isnt Doc selling it. And he probably has other plans for the site than calling it univec.com. it is completely irrelevant and has been discussed in the past.
