Good question and I don't think anyone on the outside has an answer. If the trial was designed to end at 28 days, it seems reasonable they would continue to treat, but with what?
I'm not as optimistic about the PE, but that is based in large part due to the lack of some reveal by Nader and what that has meant in the past.
