The 4th quarter (year end) report is not due until the end of March. The size of the float determines the deadline, and RMHB has a full 90 days to report the 2020 year end financials. Once the 2nd and 3rd quarter 10-Q's are submitted and accepted by the SEC, they will be officially current. The stop sign will be removed and the OTCQB status restored.
