Just look at Moneycrews’ post from 48 hours ago. He described talking to a doc who used to work for FDA and felt approval was a certainty. That post originated on iHub, got repeated on Yahoo, then spread onto Reddit, at which point someone else posted it here. Then someone copied the post from IH and spread it back on iHub.

Regardless of the fact that Moneycrew may or may not have completely made it up, the illustration of how quickly a truth or lie can spread was fascinating.
