re: COVID nose swab........Most don't have a clue in how to take the swab. I have had it done 4 times this year and it was the last experience that was done properly that really turned my head, it sucked, If it is done correctly you won't forget it and may even put off a medical procedure for the time being.
I probably will weight what I need medically verses where/who does the testing prior any procedure.
