Last real news we heard about QTMM from India was April 2020.
Ar that time most of Amtron was shutting down do to COVID which has further delayed the QDSC facility in Tech city/
What we learned from that speech on 4/20, was that Amtron was going to try
to use the two QD reactorsthey purchased from QTMM, with the help of their teammate QTMM, local and state universities and other organizations to make gold and silver nano particle to make PPE to help India get though the crisis.
In November 2020 we know that the Tech City project was still a viable project as "Israel's Ambassador to India Ron Malka on Wednesday said his country would be happy to provide the necessary support for any possible collaborations and technology sourcing for establishing manufacturing facility setups and Research and Development institutions in Assam."
Tech City remains on the books as a viable project on the Amtron website
The IT Department initiated an ambitious scheme for setting up of an IT Park at a plot of land measuring about 100 Acres at Bangara Village near LGBI Airport under Palashbari Revenue Circle of Kamrup district. The said plot of land was handed over to AMTRON by the District Administration, Kamrup on 22nd March'2013. During 2014-15, a common two lane (30mtrs width and 477mtrs length) approach road from NH37 to the IT Park and IIIT, Guwahati plots at Bangara Village; Kamrup has been constructed. "
And that the QDSC facility still is part of Tech City master plan., based on the Tech City website.
