If that were true and fda needed convincing than OLE and EIND would also need to be stopped until they figured it out. However if the results were vey positive they can’t just immediately approve it takes time for logistics so EIND’s would remain and OLE. As long as those are going CYDY has the winning hand at the poker table doesn’t have to be a royal flush even 3 of a kind or two pair beat the current SOC. I feel EUA is at the very least going to be granted and possibly may come right out of discussions instead of a formal request.
