I don't want to come off arrogant but I've been recommending some sort of proven BPD or lead time to consistent flow rates before PR'ing what they are. Hence how can Gwyn estimate 400 BPD on December 18th by end of 1st quarter without the oil being drilled never mind flowing? That's what I mean't by the term "shut up, put up and then speak". Estimating flow rates before letting the pumps run for a couple weeks has reduced TECO's credibility during 2012. They say one thing and the TRRC reports have proven much different. Time to get real with the numbers!
