Thanks so much for that, mikey. I always appreciate your insight and flawless due diligence on our board. Just tired of this current, continued tree shaking and I most certainly hope it comes to an abrupt end much sooner than later. Finances are really strapped now, as I was fortunate to get approved for an extra cash advance on top of my original loan moments ago.............all while I wait for my tax refund later next week, if not a bit sooner. It makes no difference what my overall loan now is, including another one at my bank. Because I will pay that down and all of my other debt immediately, once I can sell phase 1 of 3 here. Doing whatever I can in the meantime, before UNVC makes us prosper beyond our wildest imaginations.........no matter what these marker maker scumbags and other scumbags keep doing lately. Hope we are day to day now. Easily $20 here. Still have huge hopes here..............huge.
