There is a tremendous volume of information shared by Cytdoyn and other companies which does not meet the SEC's standard of "material".
Thus many, many more press releases than 8K form submissions.
As to why announce anything, I believe an attempt usurp control of the narrative from AF and his ilk and calm investors.
This seems, based on this morning's price movement, to have failed again.
Nonetheless, I am pleased to know that discussions are ongoing with the US, UK and Canadian regulators.
