Yes, agreed - more ambiguity.
Certainly it's good there seems to be something positive to talk about with regulatory bodies, we just don't know what it is and won't for a couple of weeks more of waiting.
I'm not sure of the downside of announcing topline morsel of results if they are very positive. I think this is why the market is guessing results are luke-warm and perhaps only marginally positive, and of course some with a negative bias will interpret it as a failure that isn't being reported. Could be that CYDY is just being very cautious as not to offend the FDA, but I don't think FDA would be offended by simply reporting data. A lot of it is in how it is presented. Maybe they are working on that part.
