$INCC 2020 DD - Updated February 21, 2021
OVERVIEW
The following has all been deduced after spotting a 14.5M buy at .0001 on November 24, 2020.
Subsequent investigation revealed:
- Previous covert loading from August 3 onwards.
- First Share Structure update in a significant while on November 24, 2020.
- Previous BLUDOG product range widely expanded under a new brand name - Blue Plant Farms.
- New company with the above products registered in the name of the $INCC CEO.
- Significant social media presence with up-to-date recent activity.
- All .0001s bought out - including individual buys of 50M, 25M, 18M and 10M - on November 27 - total 244M.
- All .0002s bought out - the last 300M in just several individual seconds - on December 31.
- Continued trading of over 9 Billion shares by February 19, 2021.
- 2021 high so far is .0026 - on Feb 11 from .0016 at open - 62.5% - on 515M traded - which was only 7% of 7.3 Billion shares traded to that point.
- Remains thin to .01 > .02+ range from current levels in the .00xxs.
SHARE STRUCTURE
Transfer Agent Verified
The Share Structure was updated for the first time in a long while on November 24, 2020.
There were no changes to the Authorized or Outstanding Shares from the May 22, 2019 figures.
Importantly, the split between Restricted and Unrestricted within the Outstanding was shown for the first time.
The Share Structure has since been updated weekly and as at February 19, 2021 - again with no change - confirming no dilution.

Outstanding Shares: 6,952,643,258
Restricted: 736,693,716
Unrestricted: 6,215,949,542
Held at DTC: 4,835,072,725
Note: It is only the Unrestricted Outstanding share count that is relevant to current trading.

BLUDOG is now part of a much bigger operation - Blue Plant Farms - which has multiple social media accounts - with recent posts - including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
The new website offering on-line products recently went live for ordering in February 2021:

ANALYSIS
So - as always in the OTC - anything can happen at any time.
No guarantee when any update may come from $INCC - but that is not really relevant now since any stock previously in the .0001/.0002 ask range from December 2020 onwards is now being actively traded up to the .01+ > .1+ range.
I'll be watching continuously for updates from now on - and alerting any significant trading action.
Ahead we could well see .01 > .02+ - based on the share structure. It just depends on how many traders stay on it when pulled in multiple directions across many tickers competing for attention.
