Please understand I did not intend to stir the pot of doubt but am simply stating shareholder's have not been consulted ON ANY ISSUE MUCH LESS INFORMED! I would though side with management and contend the takeover is a plus plus for Innova, Quantum and shareholders! In the next few days we could witness a pps wildly move up and an SEC trading halt! The big stake holders in Quantum are on board with Stephen Squires and yet I am always leery of big company takeovers! Sitting on my investment of a lifetime!
