I remember when Nader stated he would like to step down and that he was tired. I have previously posted some of my speculation to his replacement a few weeks back. My prediction all though all speculative on my part. I believe his replacement could or would be Mahboob Rahman. It just makes sense to me. Mahboob took two steps back to become our Chief Science officer. It was far from a career lateral move for Mahboob. He didn’t come to Cytodyn for the money.
Maybe Nader made him some sort of incentive deal for the future that he could lead Cytodyn to their first BLA and then continue to lead Cytodyn after he stepped down to just a board of directors position. I don’t believe Nader will be leaving totally. He could very well pass on or recommend his CEO position to Mahboob. If Mahboob does in fact get the first BLA for Duel HIV in the US and other markets since he said he would file simultaneously in the 4 largest western markets. I am sure he will achieve Naders goals and blessing along with the board of directors blessing to be voted our next CEO. He would be our hero to cross the finish line for us.
Just remember if this happens... you heard it here first... I will be warming up the crystal ball for other predictions of our future soon... (Like I really have a crystal ball...) something in reference to Big Pharma. It’s not just a dream... it’s much more!
